🌍 Location: Work from Office (Mohali)
Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering and process mapping with a focus on both efficiency and growth
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives
- Develop clear, concise functional specifications and user stories to guide development
- Drive end‑to‑end project lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Perform gap analysis and recommend innovative solutions that elevate business operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in delivering complex solutions
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex requirements to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- A deep understanding of business process optimization and ability to provide strategic insights that enhance operational efficiency
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives that directly impact business outcomes
