Dedicated software development teams

How can dedicated development teams help your business?

Supreme provides dedicated developers, frontend and backend delivery, QA, software development pods and delivery coordination for your business. We agree the first priority, what your team receives and how to review accepted work, visible blockers, quality checks and usable handover.

Does this sound familiar?

You have work ready to build. Your best people are already stretched.

The backlog keeps growing, senior engineers keep getting pulled into support, and every hiring delay pushes the same launch further away. Adding people only helps if they can work together and move a real piece of the product forward. We start by finding that piece with you.

Tell us the work that keeps getting delayed. We will discuss whether it needs a dedicated team, a specialist or a smaller project first. You should leave that conversation with a clearer next step.

Discuss the bottleneck

What you can hire us for

Here is the work we can take off your team’s plate.

A feature moves from an agreed brief through implementation, testing and a reviewable release. You see the decisions and risks while there is still time to act.

Web applications · Backend services · APIs · QA automation · Cloud delivery

Product engineering

Customer-facing features, web applications, backend services and API integrations. We turn a clear business priority into small, reviewable increments instead of a large mystery build.

Quality in the same workstream

Functional checks, API validation and regression automation accompany development. Acceptance criteria are agreed before a ticket is called done.

Delivery coordination

A dedicated PM keeps scope, dependencies and decisions visible. Your technical lead has one place to resolve a question rather than five separate conversations.

Continuity as the roadmap changes

We discuss role changes around the next phase, preserve product context and document the handover. Scaling is a planning decision, not an excuse to lose knowledge.

Make it concrete

Which situation looks like yours?

Choose a scenario to see how the work could be divided and what you would review.

The situation

A customer reporting feature is ready, but the core team is busy with platform stability.

What we would take on

A frontend/backend pairing with QA takes the reporting workflow, including permissions, export behaviour and integration checks.

What you would review: A demo against acceptance criteria, reviewed code and a release checklist.

These are scope examples. Your team plan will be built around your product and constraints.

Your team, your workstream

Start with the work. Then choose the people.

A product workstream your current team cannot get to. Choose a starting size and share a short brief. You do not need to arrive with job descriptions.

We will discuss the experience needed, responsibilities, access and first milestone. The goal is a team you can assess on its work, with enough coordination to keep you out of daily task chasing.

Have an existing stack? Share it in the enquiry. We will confirm relevant engineering experience and recommend the role mix before you commit.

The part that matters after hiring

You keep direction. We own agreed execution.

An external team should make responsibility clearer. This is the starting division we discuss with your technical owner.

Compare your own numbers

What does capacity cost in your plan?

Use your own monthly team cost to compare a pod scenario. This is budget arithmetic, not a claim that the teams or output are identical.

Include recruitment, benefits, management and tools in your internal estimate where relevant. Then compare the role mix and responsibility, not just the headline amount.

Difference = (your monthly cost − pod monthly fee) × months. Third-party costs and differences in scope are not included.

A clear beginning

Know what happens before the team starts building.

We agree the onboarding and first milestone around your product. Here is the sequence we use to make the engagement reviewable.

01 / Define a workstream

Walk through the bottleneck, product context, stack and priorities. Agree what belongs in the first scope and which decisions remain with your team.

02 / Confirm the people and working rules

Review the proposed roles, costs, overlap hours, access, communication and acceptance criteria. Resolve the contract and handover terms before work begins.

03 / Onboard into your environment

Understand the codebase, run the existing checks and map dependencies. Agree a first review checkpoint appropriate to what we find.

04 / Review delivery and decide the next scope

Inspect working increments, test evidence and the risks still open. Continue or adjust capacity based on the next product priority.

A conversation with the people behind the work

Let’s talk about what your team actually needs.

Manish Katoch leads Supreme Technologies. His dedicated-team offer is built around founders and CTOs who need execution capacity while retaining product direction. Start with the work you cannot get to, and we will talk through a team that fits it.

A pod makes sense when…

You have an accountable internal owner, a meaningful workstream, and a need for coordinated execution over time.

A different engagement may fit when…

You only need one specialist, a small fixed deliverable, or permanent strategic leadership inside your company. We can discuss that before proposing a larger commitment.

Find the right engagement

Before you commit

Ask the questions a good partner should answer.

You are choosing people who will work inside your product. Clarity on costs, ownership and communication matters.

Will the team replace our CTO?

No. Your CTO keeps architecture, security decisions and product priorities. We add execution capacity and manage the agreed delivery work. If you lack a technical owner, we discuss the oversight needed before proposing a team.

How much does a dedicated team cost?

Manish’s published pod offer lists $10,000/month for three team members, $20,000/month for five to six, and $50,000/month for eleven to twelve, each with a separate dedicated PM. We confirm the role mix, availability, scope, third-party costs and engagement terms in your proposal.

How soon can we start?

We review the work, confirm the people and agree access and onboarding. Your first delivery date depends on team availability, the codebase and dependencies. We set a specific checkpoint after discovery rather than assume every project has the same ramp-up.

Who owns the code and accounts?

Ownership, intellectual property, access and handover are agreed before work starts. We work within your approved repository and environment model. Your product and technical leadership keep decision authority.

Can we start with one workstream?

Yes. A bounded first scope makes fit easier to assess: one workflow, an integration, a QA baseline or a feature lane. We agree acceptance criteria and a review point before discussing broader capacity.

What about time zones and communication?

We agree overlap hours, meeting cadence, reporting and escalation with you. The dedicated PM coordinates updates and dependencies. Specific coverage and response commitments belong in the proposed engagement.

What are the contract and cancellation terms?

We discuss minimum term, notice, changes in team size, replacement arrangements and handover before you approve the engagement. These are contract terms, not assumptions hidden behind a package price.
